Alumni Association Scholarship Programs
Three academic merit award programs are proudly sponsored and funded by the Alumni Association and the contributions of its members. Awards are made to entering freshmen. Application deadlines vary with the award program. Only students who have applied to the University of South Carolina may apply for the awards. Only students admitted to the University of South Carolina may be offered a scholarship. Non-resident scholarship recipients may be eligible to receive tuition rate reductions. (Reductions are granted based on academic qualifications as set forth by the University's Student Financial Aid and Scholarship Committee and may be more stringent than scholarship award requirements). For students entering in Fall 2009, scholarship applications will be available on September 1, 2008 (specific details below). Applications may be requested from the Alumni Association (e-mail scholarships@carolinaalumni.org) or downloaded below beginning on September 1, 2008.
