Homecoming

Come join us for Homecoming, November 7-8, 2008. We have several special events planned: the annual Class Reunions and Alumni Awards Gala, and the Game Day Pre-game Party. The festivities begin Friday, November 7, when your Carolina Alumni Association has planned a series of events to kick off a great weekend. There’s something for everyone. Gather your team and make your comeback.

We'll celebrate Carolina Homecoming in a way that includes something for everyone, no matter when you graduated.  Cocktails begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the alumni award presentations.  After the ceremony, the event turns into a grand Carolina party complete with a band, cocktails, heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Saturday, November 8th

Tune up for the big game with good food, cool drinks, and music by The Men of Distinction.  Williams-Brice Stadium will be rockin' and so will the party.  Join us two hours before game time at the National Guard Armory on Bluff Road.

Tailgate Party
(sponsored by the Black Alumni Council) 
Two Hours Before Kickoff

Join fellow Black Alumni Council members for our annual tailgate party starting two hours prior to kick-off. Enjoy sounds from our DJ, playing all of your favorites, from old school to new school, and delicious tailgate fare. Bring your cooler and tailgate chairs and kick back before the Gamecocks take on Arkansas.  Location to be determined.
