If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within thirty (30) days for a full refund or exchange by simply including your receipt and reason for return or exchange, and returning the merchandise in its original box (if it is a boxed item) and original condition. We suggest that you return items through an insured mail service and take care to wrap your return package securely.

Allow fifteen (15) business days for processing your return once we receive the item(s). We will refund your order based on the payment method. If payment is made via credit card, the refund will be a credit to your credit card, less shipping and handling charges. If payment is made via check or other form of cash, we will issue a check for the refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Please note that we will refund return shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
